These Booking Conditions regulate the contracting of accommodation at Recursos Solares Alternativos S.L.U. (hereinafter, "the Resort") through the website www.sandsbeach.eu / www.sandsbeach.es, operated through the booking engine of Paraty Tech S.L. Making a booking implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Booking Conditions, the Legal Notice, and the website's Privacy Policy.
The user declares:
The booking process takes place entirely through the website. The accommodation contract is perfected when Sands Beach Resort sends the user the booking confirmation by email to the address provided. This confirmation will include the locator number, check-in and check-out dates, type of accommodation and board basis booked, as well as the total price.
The user can access the details of their booking at any time through the "My Bookings" section of the website.
The prices published on the website are Retail Prices (PVP) and include the applicable General Indirect Tax of the Canary Islands (IGIC). The price guarantees exclusively the type of accommodation and board basis selected (bed and breakfast, half board, full board, or room only, depending on the rate), unless the booking confirmation expressly specifies other included services.
The price does not include: transfers, parking services, telephone calls, minibar, laundry service, access to the spa or other wellness services not specified, nor tips.
In general, and unless expressly agreed otherwise:
The reception is open from 7:00 AM to 2:00 AM.
The Resort will consider the possibility of an early check-in or late check-out depending on availability, which may incur an additional charge. Early check-in and late check-out services must be requested in advance.
Prices valid for individual bookings only, not applicable to groups and/or special events. Prices and offers are subject to a limited number of rooms and special minimum stay conditions.
Booking payment: the amount of the first night of this booking will be charged to the credit card (during high season, the deposit will be 50% of the total stay). The remainder must be paid directly at the hotel, except for non-refundable rates or if otherwise indicated in the rate conditions. In case of no-show, a charge will be applied according to the rate's cancellation policies.
Cancellation policy: you can cancel or modify your booking free of charge up to 48 hours before your arrival day, or up to 7 days before arrival during high season. After this period or in case of no-show, the amount already paid will be charged as a cancellation fee.
The hotel will charge the full amount of your booking to your credit card. If the card has insufficient credit or is invalid, the hotel reserves the right to cancel your booking. It is mandatory to present the ID card or passport of the booking holder at the hotel.
IMPORTANT: by booking this rate, you can cancel it without a refund of the amount, or modify it up to 30 days before your arrival. For modifications, please contact the hotel directly. If you modify, the new price and conditions may vary. If you do not show up at the hotel on your arrival day, the charge will NOT be refunded.
To guarantee the booking, the user must provide valid credit or debit card details. Card details are processed exclusively by the secure payment gateway, and Sands Beach Resort does not store this data in its systems.
The card will only be charged in the cases indicated in clause 7 (Cancellation and no-show policy). Payment for accommodation under normal conditions is made at the Resort upon arrival or departure, depending on the rate booked.
Promotions published on the website will be valid for the period indicated in each case and will only be valid while accessible to the service recipients.
The applicable cancellation policy will be the one expressly stated in the conditions of the rate selected at the time of booking, which will be indicated during the booking process and in the booking confirmation. In general, and unless the rate specifies otherwise:
Cancellation must be made through the website (section "My Bookings") or by written communication to reservas@sandsbeach.eu. The date and time of receipt of the cancellation request will determine the applicable cancellation policy.
All guests, including minors, must present valid official identification (DNI, passport, or NIE) upon arrival at the Resort. The Resort is obliged to register guest data and communicate it to the competent authorities in accordance with traveler registration regulations.
Minors not accompanied by their parents or legal guardians must present a notarized or written authorization signed by their legal guardians. The Resort may deny access to accommodation if guest identification cannot be verified.
Obtaining visas, passports, health certificates, or any other entry requirement for Spanish territory is the sole responsibility of the user. The Resort will not assume any responsibility or issue refunds if entry is denied by immigration authorities due to causes attributable to the guest.
The contracting through the website is formalized directly between the user and Recursos Solares Alternativos S.L.U. The booking engine (Paraty Tech S.L.) acts exclusively as a technological provider and assumes no responsibility for the hotel service.
The user will assume full responsibility for any material or personal damages caused to the facilities, employees, or third parties during their stay, to the extent that they are attributable to their conduct or that of their accompanying persons under their responsibility.
Any request to modify the booking (change of dates, room type, or other conditions) must be communicated to reservas@sandsbeach.eu. Modifications are subject to availability and may involve price adjustments. The possibility of modification is not guaranteed.
Personal data collected during the booking process will be processed in accordance with the website's Privacy Policy. The user expressly consents to their bank details being used for the management of potential cancellation or no-show charges as provided for in these Conditions.
Hotel Sands Beach makes every effort to provide the information contained on the website truthfully and without typographical errors. Should any such error, entirely beyond the control of Hotel Sands Beach, occur, it will be corrected as soon as possible, and the user will be provided with the information and options established by current legislation.
The hotel reserves the right to cancel any booking whose price is affected by a technical or human error clearly identifiable as an unrealistic or manifestly disproportionate price. In such cases, the customer will be duly informed, and, if possible, offered an alternative at the correct rate.
These Booking Conditions are governed by Spanish law. Sands Beach Resort and the user agree that, for the resolution of any dispute, they will submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, without prejudice to any mandatory jurisdiction that may correspond to the consumer in accordance with consumer protection regulations.
