Recursos Solares Alternativos S.L.U. (Sands Beach Resort) ("CLIENT") (hereinafter the provider), responsible for the website, makes this document available to users with the aim of complying with the obligations set forth in Law 34/2002, on Information Society and Electronic Commerce Services (LSSI-CE), as well as informing all users of the website about the conditions of use of the website.

Any person accessing this website assumes the role of user, undertaking to strictly observe and comply with the provisions set forth herein, as well as any other applicable legal provision.

The provider reserves the right to modify any type of information that may appear on the website, without any obligation to give prior notice or inform users of such obligations, with publication on the provider's website being deemed sufficient.

4. Liability

These Terms and/or General Conditions of Contract are governed by Spanish Legislation.

Furthermore, Users expressly accept that the resolution of any dispute that may arise, with respect to their validity, execution, compliance, or resolution, in whole or in part, shall be submitted, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, to the Jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the user's domicile for any matters that may arise or actions to be exercised derived from the provision of the Portal's service, its services, content, and regarding the interpretation, application, compliance, or non-compliance of what is established herein. In the event that the User is domiciled outside a member state of the European Union, Recursos Solares Alternativos S.L.U. (Sands Beach Resort) and the User, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, submit to the Jurisdiction and competence of the Courts and Tribunals of the domicile of the commercial establishment corresponding to Recursos Solares Alternativos S.L.U. This document constitutes the complete and full expression of the agreement between Recursos Solares Alternativos S.L.U. (Sands Beach Resort) and the User, and replaces all prior agreements, commitments, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral, that may have existed between them.
